妮姑瑪瑜伽是最古老的瑜伽之一,是世界上、歷史上記載下來的最早的瑜伽。是一套結合外在瑜珈體位與內在脈輪、冥想的能量練習,透過練習消除平日累積負面能量,釋放壓力與煩惱,動作溫和且容易完成。

妮姑瑪女士相信外在的練習是為了改變內在—身體的經絡(channels)和脈輪(chakras),當你選擇相信並學習改變,情緒與外在世界的流動,也會慢慢改變;人的體內有六個脈輪,每個脈輪對應四個步驟:扭轉、拉伸、聚集能量、讓能量沿著我們的脊柱向上散佈到全身,當脈輪打開後,氣流入中脈,隨著聆聽自我,感受內心的平靜。
